Parts Return:

We are happy to refund or exchange goods providing:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have your original receipt.
  • The item is in the same condition we sold it to you in.
  • If the part is deemed faulty from the manufacture, not considered misused then a credit will be given, once confirmed it was a manufacturing fault.
  • If you have simply changed your mind then store credit will be given.
  • Mercury parts and accessories – if an item needs to be ordered in from Mercury for you, Mercury charges a re-stocking fee $50.00 plus of 1% of RRP will apply to all items to be returned to Mercury.
  • Mercury parts and accessories – we are unable to accept any parts that have been returned once the package is opened.
  • Special orders – if you have made a special order that needs to be ordered in upon your request, items can only be returned as long it meets the above requirements. Special orders that needs to be returned will incur postage and handling costs – the cost will vary depending on the item itself (weight, size, etc).
